Return Policy: We have a non-refundable return policy once the shipment has been sent. If you cancel before an order is shipped, you may receive a full refund. You many sell your kit to someone else, as long as your kit has not been tampered with and you have not started the kit activation process. You must request the sale/transfer to another person in writing at support@remedytesting.com to notify Remedy Testing and your provider. Thank You!
